RESOLUTION NO. 2008-107
RESOLUTION APPROVING GIS DATA DISTRIBUTION
AGREEMENT WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY AND
STRATAPOINT, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the GIS Data Distribution Agreement dated February 11, 2008,
to utilize existing data to help develop tree inventory mapping
for the Waterloo Tree Inventory Project, by and between Black
Hawk County, Stratapoint, Inc. of Rosemount, Minnesota and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11t'' day of February, 2008 .
