Anjana Bhadoriya, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That
(s)he is a duly authorized signatory of Column Software, PBC, duly
authorized agent of Waterloo -Cedar Falls Courier, a publication that
is a "legal newspaper" as that phrase is defined for the city of Cedar
Falls, for the County of Black Hawk, in the state of Iowa, that this
affidavit is Page 1 of 1 with the full text of the sworn -to notice set
forth on the pages that follow, and that the attachment hereto

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
REZONING
A public hearing will be held on the
5th day of October 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, lowa, to
approve a request by Mikhal Ambrose
to rezone approximately 0.17 acres
from "M-1" Light Industrial District to
"R-3' Multiple Residence District to
construct a single-family home locat-
ed adjacent to Z13 Park Road , legally
described as follows:
The Northwesterly 4 feet of Lots 40
and 41 in "Morris Case" Addition to the
City of Waterloo, Iowa; and Lot "C' in
Subdivision of Lots 5 and 6 Auditor's
Bayou Plat, Waterloo, lowa, and that
part of the vacated alley lying adjacent
to the Northwesterly line of said Lot
"C' described as follows: Beginning at
the most Northerly corner of said -Lot
"C"; thence Southwesterly 79.92 feet,
along the Northwesterly line of said
Lot "C"; thence Northeasterly 83,04
feet to a point on the Southwesterly
line of Park Road, said point being
4.71 feet Southeasterly of the most
Easterly corner of Lot "D" in said Sub-
division: thence Southeasterly to the
point of beginning., all in Black Hawk
County, State of Iowa.
Anyone who Is Interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard
or may file written objection with the
City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
before the date set for said hearing.
