MEMBERS The Waterloo Leisure Services is requesting your permission to seek Request For
Proposals (RFPs) for the Waterloo Tree Inventory Project and to set the Date of Hearing
REGINALD A. for November 13, 2007.

Ward I This project includes a comprehensive tree inventory for all of Waterloo's city-owned
trees with a software package that allows effective and efficient management of
COLOLYH Waterloo's tree resources. It will also help prepare Waterloo for the Emerald Ash Borer
Ward 2 attack on our ash trees.
HAROLD We are seeking funds from several sources including local grants such as the Black Hawk

JOHN A. Start date of this project would be April 15, 2008,with a completion date of August 31,
