RESOLUTION NO. 2007-860
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
FOR WATERLOO TREE INVENTORY PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Services Director, to prepare and file Request for Proposal
document, form of contract, etc. for Waterloo Tree Inventory
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
Request for Proposal document, form of contract, etc. and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same is hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2007 .
