RESOLUTION NO. 2006-768
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF ASPRO, INC. FOR
VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
3094 .
WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc. is performing work within the city
limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction with work to be
performed on an Iowa Department of Transportation project on
University Avenue between Midway Drive and U. S. Highway 63, and
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective September 18 - October 31, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Aspro, Inc. for a variance to
Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance be and the same hereby
granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of September, 2006.
