is a part of the development of the reconstruction and realignment of U.S. Highway 63.
QUENTIN M. This agreement pertains to the Iowa Department of Transportation acquiring rights of way along
HART the project corridor from Newell Street to Donald Street.

Under terms of the agreement,the City shall provide,without cost to the DOT, any right-of-way
ROB for the project that is City-owned lands or right-of-way. Also,the Cityagrees to perform or

Ward 5 caused to be performed all utility relocations and adjustments of existing facilities that may
come in conflict with the proposed improvements. The City shall also provide notice to DOT of
BOB any modifications to the flood insurance study map that affects the proposed primary highway
GREENWOOD project and agrees to receive and accept titles from contract sellers pertaining to the need for r-
?t-Lowe o-w in connection with a city street, alley, access/frontage road, or any permanent utility

At-Large Staff has reviewed this agreement and it is recommended that Council approve this document
and authorize Mayor to sign and enter into said agreement.
