RESOLUTION NO. 2008-629
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF ASPRO, INC.
FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE
NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc. is performing construction activities
within the city limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction
with U. S. Highway 20 Bridges Over U. S. 218 and Hess Road, IDOT
MP-020-2 (704) 223-76-07, and
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
variance effective July 28, 2008 through August 11, 2008 between
the hours of 11 : 00 p.m. and 7 : 00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Aspro, Inc. for a variance to
Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, effective July 28, 2008
through August 11, 2008 between the hours of 11 : 00 p.m. and 7 : 00
a.m. , for performing construction activities within the city
limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction with U. S. Highway
20 Bridges Over U. S. 218 and Hess Road, IDOT MP-020-2 (704) 223-76-
07, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2008 .
