excess right-of-way along the east side of Logan Avenue for the Highway 63
HAROLD expansion project and publish an official notice pertinent to the requested sale.

Summary Statement: It is necessary to sell the 1,152 sq. ft. of excess right-of-way
QUENTIN parcel to the State of Iowa for the completion of the expansion project. There is a
HART fence that surrounds the Cunnet that will be relocated by I.D.O.T(see attached).

RON Expenditure Required: There will be no costs associated with the selling of this
WELPER property. All abstracting costs will be covered by the I.D.O.T.

Background Information: This project is for the improving of the road conditions
along Highway 63 from Donald Street to Newell.The project requires the
purchasing of approximately 30.properties.The project will add a fifth turning lane
and walking/biking trail as well as many tree plantings and lighting.
