Request Letter to Use Contingency and Transfer Cost

HAROLD Please find attached letter from the project consultant,Earth Tech,Inc.,requesting the release of
GETTY contingencies for two subconsultants and the transfer of costs to cover additional tasks,activities,and
Ward 3 meetings.
QUENTIN M. RDG Planning and Design(RDG)will perform additional work and prepare for additional meetings
HART related to corridor enhancements. Vandewalle&Associates will develop specific implementation
Ward 4 activities and prepare for additional meetings related to neighborhood planning and economic
development.

WELPER In order to cover the additional costs,under the Initial Design Phase Agreement,Earth Tech is requesting
Ward 5 the utilization of contingencies of$4,000.00 and$12,000.00 for RDG and Vandewalle&Associates.
Also,Earth Tech would transfer$1,700.00 from its own contingency to costs for RDG.

GREENWOOD Staff have reviewed this letter requesting authorization of$17,700.00 of contingency and recommends
At-Large the City Council approve said document and authorize the Mayor o sign said document.
