RESOLUTION NO. 2008-149
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF EARTH TECH,
INC. TO RELEASE $17, 700. 00 CONTINGENCY IN
CONJUNCTION WITH U. S. HIGHWAY 63 IMPROVEMENTS
(U. S. HWY 218 TO DONALD STREET) , NHSX-63-
6 (69)-07 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAME BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request of Earth Tech, Inc. to release $17, 700 . 00
contingency to cover additional tasks, activities and meetings in
conjunction with U. S. Highway 63 Improvements (U. S. Hwy 218 to
Donald Street) , NHSX-63-6 (69)-07, by and between Earth Tech, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day o February, 2008 .
