HAROLD Please find attached letter from Earth Tech/AECOM(prime consultant)requesting the authorization
GETT1 to expand scope of services for Craig Ritland Landscape Architects by transferring funds from Earth

Tech's contingency. The total amount of expanded cost is approximately$4,000 and this proposed
