Ward 3 in conjunction with the above-referenced project.

JoHN A. Services provided under this agreement include survey, aerial and base mapping,traffic and
KINCAID operational analysis,conceptual design development, environmental evaluation, economic
Ward 4 development and land-use planning, developing an enhancement master plan, preliminary design,
RON right-of-way activities,public involvement, final design for Westfield Avenue Connection and
WEEPER project coordination and meetings.

This is a cost plus fixed fee agreement for a maximum amount payable of$1,617,500. Also,this
BOB is a Congressional designated project, and therefore,work under this agreement will be paid
GREENWOOD 100% from federal earmarked(Demonstration) funding provided under SAFETEA-LU(Safe,
At-Large Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users)
