RESOLUTION NO. 2006-270
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 3, 2006, in
an amount not to exceed $1, 617, 500 . 00, in conjunction with U. S.
Highway 63 Improvements (U. S. Hwy 218 to Donald Street) , NHSX-63-
6 (69)-07, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 2006.
