Place 60-mil EPDM rubber without stretching over the insulation. Allow the 60-mil membrane to relax for
approximately 1/2 hour. Sheet will be free of buckles and wrinkles. Install fully-adhered 60-mil roof membrane by
folding the sheet back in half to expose the underside of the membrane. Using the membrane manufstcturcr's
bonding adhesive and a short nap roller apply the bonding adhesive to the membrane and the insulation at
manufacturer recommended rates. Allow adhesive to dry until it is tacky. Roll the membrane into the substrate
while the adhesive is still tacky. Brush the bonded area immediately with a soft broom to insure a solid bond. Repeat
the process until the membrane is fully adhered. Do not apply bonding adhesive to the splice area.
