RESOLUTION NO. 2002-727
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH
TECH, INC. , AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 16, 2002,
at a cost of $500, 000 . 00, with city match of $50, 000 . 00, in
conjunction with U. S. Highway 63 Corridor Study-U. S . 218 to
Airline Highway, STP-U-8155 (656)-70-07, by and between Earth
Tech, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2002 .
