Ward 1 RE: Highway 63 Corridor Study- Cooperative Agreement with Iowa Department of
Transportation

JORDAN Please find the attached proposed Cooperative Agreement to produce an environmental/
B/O/d; neighborhood study of the U.S. Highway 63 Corridor from U.S. Highway 218 to Donald
JERRY Street.
ANDERS
Ward 3 The Agreement provides for the utilization of INRCOG MPO Federal Surface
Transportation (STP) funds for 80% payments up to $400,000 and City of Waterloo funds

L. for 10% of the payment,upto $50,000 in state primaryroad funds for 10% of the balance,

Ward 4 up to$50,000.
BARB The study will specifically look at traffic patterns/ problems on the section of Highway
1<RIlEx 63, the impacts on the adjacent residential neighborhoods and commercial developments,
