JORDAN Please find attached a proposed City-State Agreement for Federal Surface Transportation
Wad 2 Program Funds for development and completion of a Corridor Study on U.S. Highway 63
TERRY from U.S. 218 to Donald Street. This study includes reviewing the possibilities of
ANDFR reconstructing U.S. Highway 63 in order to correct negative impacts on adjacent low
-yard 3 income and minority populations while simultaneously improving traffic conditions.
BERRYRR.1Ei The Agreement provides for $400,000 in STP funds with a local match of $100,000 to be

Ward 4 split evenly with the Iowa Department of Transportation. Bonds for local matching funds
would be used to fund this agreement.
