JOHN A. The above-mentioned project has been completed. I would like to request
KINCAID final acceptance of the work performed by KW Electric, Inc. and release of the
Ward 4retainage. Please authorize the Mayor to sign the enclosed Certificate of
RON Completion.

Ward 5 The final cost of construction is $219,836.25. This is fully (100%)
BOB reimbursable through an Iowa DOT Traffic Safety Funds Grant. The
GREENWOOD retainage amount is $10,991.81.
