Wan/ ; $6,705.00. The contractor is K & W Electric, Inc. The reasons for the change are
listed below:
JOIN A. 1- A deduct of$8,055.00 is due to changing the drain trench type.
KINCAID 2- An increase of $1,350.00 is due to the updating of the structural design of
Ward 4 the trusses. The City requested a design calculation to be included,
RON signed and sealed by an engineer registered in the state of Iowa.
vvri,PIHR The net change is a deduction in the contract price of$6,705.00.

The construction cost of this project is 100% reimbursable through an Iowa DOT
Boll Traffic Safety Grant. There is a chance that item number 2, an increase of
GREENWOOD $1,350.00, might be considered as non-reimbursable by the DOT. This is due to the
ill-t.ar;
engineering design nature of the work. However, at this time we are approaching it
FRIG as a portion of the total cost to the contractor for supplying and installing the trusses.
