BUCK The City of Waterloo has received Traffic Safety Funding in the amount of
CLARK $232,482.90 for improving traffic safety at the intersection of northbound and
Ward; southbound Washington Street (US 218) and West 11th Street, Project No. CS-TSF-
8155(44)-85-07; Agreement No. 1999-TS-015.

BERRY We recommend that this agreement, for obtaining Iowa DOT funds, be approved

through a Council resolution. This agreement will be on the agenda of the City
RON Council Meeting scheduled for October 14, 2002.
