RESOLUTION NO. 2002-625
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR TRAFFIC
SAFETY IMPROVEMENT FUNDING AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated October 14 , 2002 , for Traffic Safety
Improvement funding in the amount of $232 , 482 . 90 in conjunction
with traffic safety improvements at the intersection of
northbound and southbound Washington Street (US 218) and West
11th Street, No. CS-TSF-8155 (44) -85-07, by and between Iowa
Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 2002 .
