Dear Mayor Hurley and Council Members,

CLARK Enclosed please find three copies of a contract between the City of Waterloo and
Ward 3 Kirkham Michael Consulting Engineers for construction inspection services relating
JOHN A. to the construction of traffic safety improvements at the intersection of US218 and W.
KINCAID 11th Street. The contract is on an hourly basis and they will only perform activities
Ward 4 when the City calls for the activities. City GO bond funds will be used to pay for the
services. Cost of services is estimated at $9,800 as indicated in the contract.

this contract and recommends approval. This item will be on the June 20, 2005
