Ward 2 Attached is a supplemental Agreement No. 1 with AECOM Technical
HAROLD Services, Inc. formally known as (Earth Tech)for the storage building at the
GETTY Waterloo Pollution Control Facility dated July 28, 2008.

QUENTIN The scope of services will include the work, services, materials,equipment,
HART personnel and supplies necessary to provide construction-related services including
Ward 4 survey, shop drawing review, design interpretation,periodic field observation and
contract administration and as further defined in the attached Supplemental
RON Agreement No. 1.

Payment for the above services are on an hourly basis as further defined in the
BOB attached agreement and shall not exceed the estimated$27,000.00 without Mayor and
GREENWOOD City Council approval.
