RESOLUTION NO. 2009-123
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated February 16, 2009, at a
cost of $27, 000 . 00, for construction related services in
conjunction with the Storage Building for the Waterloo Pollution
Control Facility, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc .
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day o February, 2009 .
