Dear Nancy,
Enclosed please find three (3) copies of the Contract, Bonds and Insurance Certificates for the above-
referenced project which have been signed by the Contractor, Prairie Construction Company.
The project was awarded at the December 8, 2008, Council meeting, and the Contract needs to be signed
by the City of Waterloo as noted.
Upon signing the Contract, please return all copies to our office. We will then date the Bonds and return a
complete set of the documents to you, Larry Smith and the Contractor.
If you have any questions or need anything further in this matter, please let us know.
