RESOLUTION NO. 2008-637
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH EARTH TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 28, 2008, at
a cost not to exceed $20, 000 . 00, in conjunction with a new
storage building at the Water Pollution Control Facility, by and
between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 2008 .
