RESOLUTION NO. 2013-831
RESOLUTION APPROVING JOINT REPRESENTATION
AGREEMENT WITH HALL & ASSOCIATES OF
WASHINGTON, D.C. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Joint Representation Agreement dated October 14, 2013,
at a cost not to exceed $2,000.00, to address the State of Iowa
Nutrient Reduction Strategy, by and between Hall & Associates of
Washington, D.C. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 2013.
