Re: Water treatment for heating/cooling systems for City buildings
Dear Mr. Cutwright,
Thank you for the opportunity to provide a quote for the City buildings. The following
"Bid sheet"page provides you with a quote for the facilities for the next three seasons. I
have developed the bid based on the information that you have provided and also gained
from the bid meeting on September 18.
Kriss is able to offer the City a flat fee for the systems and items listed on the "Bid sheet"
page. Our price is $17,000.00 per year. Kriss will cover all items listed on the "Bid
sheet" except glycol. Due to the unknown volume or concentration of the loop at the
Young Arena I do not feel it would be fair to either of us to include this portion in the
bid. If glycol is needed it could be purchased as needed rather than including it's cost in
each year of the bid.
A separate envelope to cover the bid bond is also enclosed.
