RESOLUTION NO. 2003-599
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
WATER TREATMENT OF HEATING AND COOLING
SYSTEMS FOR CITY BUILDINGS .
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator to prepare and file
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for Water Treatment of
Heating and Cooling Systems For City Buildings, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, form of contract, etc . , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract, etc . ,
be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2003 .
