CAROLYN Transmitted herewith is amendment#3 to the agreement for construction inspection
COLE services on the Waterloo Exposition Grounds on an hourly basis not to exceed $159,000.
Ward 2 This agreement is in cooperation with the Waterloo Development Corporation who is
paying for these services and approved the contract on 8/28/07. The City of Waterloo

owns the property, which is why the city is a partner in the agreement. This amendment
Ward 3 will authorize the construction inspection for the Expo grounds.
JOHN A. Funds for construction of this project will come from gaming revenues programmed for

RON Therefore, we would request that the City Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
