RESOLUTION NO. 2007-786
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT #3 TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH CRAIG RITLAND LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment #3 to the Agreement dated September 10, 2007, for
construction inspection services at the Waterloo Exposition
Grounds on an hourly basis with costs not to exceed $159, 000 . 00,
subject to funding approval from Black Hawk County Gaming
Association and Waterloo Development Corporation, by and between
Craig Ritland Landscape Architects of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 2007 .
