RESOLUTION NO. 2009-338
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY L.N. S . BUILDERS, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
FOR THE 2008 WATERLOO SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION
RESTROOM BLOCK WORK PROJECT, PORTION II, AND
ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, L.N. S . Builders, Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $15, 850 . 00 in
connection with the 2008 Waterloo Softball Association Restroom
Block Work Project, Portion II, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 2009 .
