COLE plans, specifications, and form of contract for the 2008 W. S. A. Restroom
Ward 2 Project, and to instruct the City Clerk to publish notice of hearing on plans,
HAROLD specifications, etc. and taking of bids, and to set date of hearing and bid openings

Funding for this project is available through Leisure Services OP Funds,
QLENTIN M. Waterloo Softball Association and with Grants from Hotel/Motel and Black
