RESOLUTION NO. 2008-829
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM T & W GRINDING
SERVICE OF DELHI, IOWA, FOR COMPOSTING
COLLECTED YARD WASTE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of T & W Grinding Service of Delhi, Iowa, for
Composting Collected Yard Waste, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 22nd day of September, 2008, together
with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by IMT Insurance Company of West Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2008 .
