RESOLUTION NO. 2008-750
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SCOPE OF
SERVICES, FORM OF CONTRACT, BID DOCUMENTS,
ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH COMPOSTING COLLECTED
YARD WASTE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed scope of services, form
of contract, bid documents, etc. , for Composting Collected Yard
Waste, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary scope of services, form of contract,
bid documents, etc. , for Composting Collected Yard Waste, which
were preliminarily approved on August 18, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 2, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed scope of services, form of
contract, bid documents, etc. , for Composting Collected Yard
Waste, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 2008 .
