RESOLUTION NO. 2008-751
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
COMPOSTING COLLECTED YARD WASTE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-750, scope of services, form
of contract, bid documents, etc. , for Composting Collected Yard
Waste, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said scope of services .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 2008 .
