RESOLUTION NO. 2008-716
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SCOPE OF
SERVICES, FORM OF CONTRACT, BID DOCUMENTS,
ETC. , FOR COMPOSTING COLLECTED YARD WASTE.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Waste Management Services, to prepare and file
scope of services, form of contract, bid documents, etc. , for
Composting Collected Yard Waste, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
as specified in the scope of services, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management Services has
filed said scope of services, form of contract, bid documents,
etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said scope of services, form of contract,
bid documents, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of August, 2008 .
