RESOLUTION NO. 2013-833
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMENT,
INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 14, 2013, in an amount not to
exceed $5,000.00, for additional design services for the F.Y.
2014 2672 and 2736 Logan Avenue Sanitary Services, Contract No.
861, by and between Ament, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 2013.
