Nancy,
I guess our project would be responding to calls for service reference wires and trees that were down, and other
storm related problems. We've compiled the time spent on this type of activity and have attached a dollar amount
to it based on the FEMA guidelines. Our category would be Emergency Protective Measures.
I think I'll come to the Friday meeting. See you there.
Thanks.

Hi Guys,
FEMA is holding a meeting on Friday, April 6, at 10:00 a.m.at the Haz Mat Center. At this meeting, they want me
to give the number of projects we are submitting and what category the projects fall in. You are welcome to
attend if you want. The categories are: A. Debris Removal, B. Emergency Protective Measures. We don't need
to have any forms filled out for this meeting, but here is the website for those forms and the information on what is
eligible.
The forms and presentation can be found at www_iowahomelandsecuirty.org.
Click on Winter Storm Information/Assistance.
Click on Public Assistance Forms. There are three categories under this one: Applicant Briefing Presentation,
Project Worksheet and Equipment Rates. Here is where you will find which category your project belongs.
Again, for Friday's meeting I just need your project and what category by Thursday afternoon.
Please let me know if there is anyone else I need to include in this e-mail.

Hi Nancy,
I will have 3 projects for Emergency Protective Measures
1. -- Intersection of Broadway and Burton -signal control cabinet, controller and misc.
2. -- 22 overtime calls for intersections on Fri., Sat. and Sun.
3. -- Sign posts broken -from wind and ice
I also had a crew salt and sanding the downtown areas -sidewalks, parking lots, ramps, etc. (not sure if
Steve will claim them or not)
I hope this is all you need for tomorrow.
Have a nice Easter!
Sandie
