RESOLUTION NO. 2026-487
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH MIDWEST
CLEANING PROS OF WAVERLY, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$82,092.00 ANNUALLY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CLEANING
OF THE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY AND AUTHORIZING THE
PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa desires to obtain cleaning services for the Public
Works Facility; and
WHEREAS, Midwest Cleaning Pros of Waverly, Iowa, has submitted a contract for
cleaning services at the Public Works Facility in the amount of $82,092.00 annually; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval of said Contract is in the best interests
of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The contract with Midwest Cleaning Pros of Waverly, Iowa, for cleaning services at
the Public Works Facility, in the amount of $82,092.00 annually, is hereby approved.
2. The Public Works Division Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
