RESOLUTION NO. 2026-491
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH
THE IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$5,500.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ST. MARY'S
DEVELOPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa desires to obtain services from the Iowa
Northland Regional Council of Governments, Waterloo, Iowa, in connection with the St. Mary's
Development; and
WHEREAS, the Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments has submitted a
Contract for Services in the amount of $5,500.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval of said Contract for Services is in the
best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. That the Contract for Services with the Iowa Northland Regional Council of
Governments, Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $5,500.00, in conjunction with the St. Mary's
Development, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September 2026.
