RESOLUTION NO. 2026-517
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 4 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH AECOM, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,599,100.00 FOR
CONSTRUCTION -RELATED SERVICES, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2026 SOUTH BUSINESS PARK - PHASE I
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1129, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has previously entered into a Professional
Services Agreement with AECOM, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in connection with the FY 2026
South Business Park — Phase I Project, Contract No. 1129; and
WHEREAS, construction -related services are necessary for completion of the project;
and
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement has
been prepared to provide for such construction -related services in an amount not to exceed
$1,599,100.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 4 is in
the best interests of the City of Waterloo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement with AECOM,
Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, for construction -related services in an amount not to exceed
$1,599,100.00, in connection with the FY 2026 South Business Park — Phase I Project, Contract
No. 1129, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
