the following partners: Ed Larson, President
having familiarized (himself) (themselves) (itself) with the existing conditions on the project area affecting the
cost of the work, and with all the contract documents listed in the Table of Contents and Addenda (if any), as
prepared by INVISION and now on file in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, hereby proposes
to furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, and
services, including utility and transportation services required to construct and complete this F.Y. 2026 NEW
CITY HALL - POLICE HEADQUARTERS, Contract No. 1154, all in accordance with the above -listed
documents and for the bid and altemates.

a) Having examined the Place of The Work and all matters referred to in the Instructions to Bidders
and the Contract Documents prepared by INVISION for the above mentioned project, we, the

CONTRACT TIME
a) Base Bid Scope Substantial Completion: August 27, 2027, or earlier. (This date will remain
unchanged regardless of acceptance of Alternate No. 1).
b) With the acceptance of Alternate No. 1: Storm Shelter Addition Substantial Completion, October
29, 2027, or earlier.
ALLOWANCES - SEE SECTION 01 21 00
a) Construction contingencies have been established for this project and are to be included in the bid
amount as an allowance.
ALLOWANCE #1: Include in the bid amount a cash allowance of $40,000 for design,
procurement, fabrication and installation of Vinyl Wall Graphics noted to be
used by allowance.
ALLOWANCE #2: Include in the bid amount a cash allowance of $240,000 for General
Construction changes.
