RESOLUTION NO. 2013-850
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH TRANSCORE ITS, LLC OF ANKENY,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 21, 2013,
in the amount of $29,949.92, to conduct a system audit of the
City's wireless communications and camera network, by and between
Transcore ITS, LLC of Ankeny, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of October, 2013.
