RESOLUTION NO. 2013-856
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
ENTERPRISE ZONE CERTIFICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Enterprise Zone Certification dated
October 21, 2013, for the creation of a new Enterprise Zone to
include property bounded by Ravenwood Road and Ravenwood Circle
in Hammond Hills Sixth Addition, by and between the Iowa
Department of Economic Development and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Community
Planning and Development Director authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of October, 2013.
