RESOLUTION NO. 2013-857
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH
VISUAL LOGIC GROUP OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract Agreement dated October 21, 2013, in the amount
of $16,635.00, for the upgrading and reformatting of the
Brownfield Assessment Grant website, by and between Visual Logic
Group of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of October, 2013.
