RESOLUTION NO. 2026-544
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MEAD & HUNT, OF MADISON,
WISCONSIN, IN THE AMOUNT OF $143,634.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE HANGAR DEVELOPMENT
PLANNING STUDY PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo desires to obtain professional consulting services in
connection with the Hangar Development Planning Study Project; and
WHEREAS, Mead & Hunt, of Madison, Wisconsin, has submitted a Professional
Services Agreement to provide such services in the amount of $143,634.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval of the Professional Services Agreement
is in the best interests of the City of Waterloo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Professional Services Agreement with Mead & Hunt, of Madison, Wisconsin, in
the amount of $143,634.00, in connection with the Hangar Development Planning Study Project,
is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
