RESOLUTION NO. 2026-547
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH TERRACON CONSULTANTS, INC., OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$15,350.00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WARP 5TH
ADDITION PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT..
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, desires to obtain service and maintenance
services from Interstate Power Systems, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Interstate Power Systems has submitted a Service Agreement in the total
amount of Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Twenty -Six and 37/100 Dollars ($20,526.37) over a
three-year period; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval of the Service Agreement is in the best
interests of the City of Waterloo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Service Agreement with Interstate Power Systems, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in the
total amount of $20,526.37 over a three-year period, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October 2026.
