RESOLUTION NO. 2026-551
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00 WITH SANDRA
K. WRIGHT AND ROBERT E. WRIGHT, LOCATED AT 3029
HUNTINGTON ROAD, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
KATOSKI DRIVE/HUNTINGTON ROAD RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is undertaking the Katoski Drive/Huntington
Road Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, acquisition of a temporary easement over property located at 3029
Huntington Road is necessary for completion of the project; and
WHEREAS, Sandra K. Wright and Robert E. Wright have agreed to grant the City a
temporary easement for compensation in the amount of $500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The Temporary Easement Agreement with Sandra K. Wright and Robert E. Wright,
for property located at 3029 Huntington Road, in connection with the Katoski Drive/Huntington
Road Reconstruction Project, is hereby approved.
2. Compensation to Sandra K. Wright and Robert E. Wright in the amount of $500.00 for
the temporary easement is hereby approved.
3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October 2026.
