RESOLUTION NO. 2013-858
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOUSING ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM AGREEMENT #13-HEZ-096 WITH IOWA
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement #13-HEZ-096
dated October 21, 2013, for Enterprise Zone Waterloo EZ -8 in
conjunction with the development of 11 multi -family units at the
Masonic Temple building, by and between the Iowa Economic
Development Authority, Park Avenue Lofts, LLC and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of October, 2013.
